MASSAGE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT -  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If your arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep time with our next clients. No refunds

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - ​Please call or txt 24 hr. in advance before your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment. This gives us time to fill your time slot. Failure to do so will result in a $25 non-refundable booking fee for any future appointments.

  • LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension on time during your massage. In special cases, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment at the discretion and of the therapist if time allows. You will be charged the full-service fee.

  • NO SHOW POLICY- Clients who fail to show for massage appointments will be charged a $25 fee to reserve any future appointments.

  • EXISTING & NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS - It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.

  • The client must keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
