  • 1 ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT -  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If your arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in-order to keep time with our next clients. No refunds.

  • 2 CANCELLATION POLICY - Please call or text 24 hours in advance before your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment. This gives us time to fill your time slot. Failure to do so will require full payment for future appointments.

  • 3 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension on time during your massage. In special cases, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment at the discretion and of the therapist if time allows. You will be charged the full-service fee.

  • 4 NO SHOW POLICY- Clients who fail to show without warning for appointments will be charged Full Price any future appointments.

  • 5 INFORMED CONSENT - An Intake Form for massage therapy services must be completed and a signed consent stating that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the guidelines. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out an intake form.

  • 7 RESPECT FOR CLIENT NEEDS AND BOUNDARIES - We are happy to adjust pressure or spend more time in a specific area if requested. You or the therapist may stop the massage at any time if you are uncomfortable or satisfied with your treatment/service(s).

  • 8 PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES - Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled.

  • 9 CONFIDENTIALITY & CONVERSATION - The discussion between the massage therapist and the client are strictly confidential. The client may or may not choose to talk during the massage.

  • 10 EXISTING & NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS - It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.
