Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS! When you book your appointment, an advance payment is required.

Refunds are only available for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours in advance, or you may choose to reschedule within that timeframe.

Please keep in mind that another client may be waiting for your canceled slot, and giving advance notice allows them to make necessary arrangements. We appreciate your understanding.

Note: No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible refunds.

**IMPORTANT!** Arriving on time ensures you receive your full service, as late arrivals will be accommodated within their original slot to respect subsequent appointments.

Please note that same-day cancellations will lead to forfeiture of rescheduling and refund options.

Mark your calendar as a reminder 2-3 days in advance.

If you have any questions, please text (337 302-0877. **SICKNESS:** If you have experienced sneezing, coughing, fever, or body aches in the last two weeks, make sure you are fully recovered and symptom-free, particularly from sore throat, before your appointment.

**IMPORTANT!** If you have infections, open sores, cuts, surgical drains, recent surgeries within the last 6-12 months, or are on medication for monitored medical conditions, please inform me or the therapist providing your care.

Conditions like cancer require a minimum of 5 years in remission. A consent script from your treating physician stating, "You are clear to receive Massages / Manual Lymphatic Drainage Services," is required.
