When booking your reserved appointment, you will be prompted to pay your reservation in advance. Refunds are only offered if you cancel 24 - 48 hours in advance, or you may reschedule your session in that time frame. The next client is waiting for your cancelled slot. Most people need advance notice to take off work and may not be close to the area or location. Thank you in advance for your understanding. *NO SHOW or SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS *NO REFUNDs!

If you are sick (stay home) If you are sneezing, coughing, fever, body aches in the last two weeks, please wait until you are completely well. (Symptom free of sore throat).

If you have infection, open sores, cuts, surgery drains, recent surgery in last 6 - 12 months, on medication, or have underline medical conditions that is being monitored by physician, please inform me or the therapist providing your care.

For conditions such as cancer, you must be 5 years in remission... a consent is REQUIRED from your treating physician saying "You are clear to receive Massages / Manual Lymphatic Drainage Services"
