Cancelation Policy

Hello and Welcome!

Please READ OVER A FEW CHANGES MADE AS OF JULY 1ST, 2022. In order to better accommodate everyone seeking services.

All services are now required to be paid in advance due to limited availability and the waiting list.

With minimal time between clients, I'm asking everyone to book your own appointments online. Time spent texting, scheduling/ rescheduling, and so on, has take me away from preparing for the next client and has lead to shorter services.  


NOTE: Payments are required in advance to cut back on No Shows, and last minute cancelations or anyone just holding a slot.


COVID Policy
Have you been exposed to anyone with COVID  in the last 10 days? If so, please wait until you are completely well before returning for services (symptom free of coughing, fever, and sore throat).

Instructions for SURGERY patients (will soon have a page for Q&A to further explain the many concerns you have during your recovery process). 



If you are NEW please go to menu bar online to complete your ...“New Client Intake Form” and "Waiver" ...


Any appointments Canceled same day will not be rescheduled – "NO REFUNDs"  I cannot fill a slot last minute) Most people need advance notice to take off work or may not be in the area. 

If you arrive late, your service will start and end at the time of your reserved slot in order to keep time with the next client coming behind you. 

A notification will be sent to you at least 2 days in advance giving you plenty of time to make the necessary changes to your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as you know.  


If your have infection, open sores, cuts, drains, recently has had surgery in last 6 - 12 months, on medication, or have underline medical conditions that is being monitored by physician, please inform me or the therapist providing your care. For conditions such as cancer, you must be 5 years in remission... a consent is REQUIRED from your treating physician saying "You are clear to receive Massages / Manual Lymphatic Drainage Services"
